The NeuralFORM Aware Series is the starting point for both hands-on tracks: NeuralFORM Dental Device Therapies and RestOralase. It looks at common topics from an uncommon perspective, through the common language of neurology: the trigeminal–autonomic connection, the swallow, the airway, and resilience. This is learning, not doing. The techniques themselves are taught in the hands-on courses.
A live virtual weekend: eight modules on Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central with a one-hour lunch, and four modules on Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Central. Each module is followed by a live conversation we call a rumble.
Tuition is $2,000, with 11 CE hours. We offer a personalized registration process. To register, call Jamie at (618) 281-9739, Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 2 pm Central, or email admin@thesynergy.academy.

1. Wisdom Begins in Wonder: Honoring Roots. Growing Wings.
Where the series begins: staying curious enough to look beyond what we have been told, honoring the roots of this work while growing past them, all within an evidence-based model of care.
2. Sharing a Common Language
The vocabulary the rest of the series is built on, so providers from every discipline can describe the same patient in the same terms and agree on where care is headed.
3. Ins and Outs: The Trigeminal–Autonomic Connection
How trigeminal input from the mouth and face reaches the autonomic nervous system, and why what comes in through the mouth shapes what goes out to the body.
4. Questions about Crescents
ALF appliance design considerations and complications: how design and dose shape the response, and one of the most common tripping hazards to the appliance's proper use.
5. Three Doors. Many Decisions.
The doors that bring messages into the nervous system and the pathways that carry orders back out, and how assessment findings help providers determine and design a plan of care.
6. Tongue Truths: Follow the Swallow
The swallow as a neuroreflexive event rather than an instructed one: what conversion of the swallow looks like, and why a reflex can't be instructed, but it can be informed.
7. Little Forces. Big Differences.
The trigeminal and dural mechanism behind the assessments taught in the hands-on courses, with a comparison of traditional orofacial myofunctional therapy and a neurology-first approach.
8. Head and Shoulders, Knees and Toes
Why the craniofacial complex matters to the whole body: fascia as the connection from tongue to toes, and the mouth's place in the brain–body connection.
9. Beyond the Airway
The tongue as an airway muscle, the pharyngeal constrictors as partners in airway patency, and a look past airway size into why the body forgets to breathe while asleep.
10. ACEs and Faces: Resilience, Reserve, and Recovery
Cellular vitality and the patient in front of you: how adverse experiences, resilience, and physiological reserve influence the capacity to respond and recover.
11. No Pain. Great Gains.
Pediatric intervention and building healthy neural circuits through proper swallow function, because people either grow into their problems or out of them. A preview of what the hands-on courses cover.
12. Collaboration Is Better Than Contamination
Stepping outside professional silos: looking at common topics from an uncommon perspective, and how collaboration across disciplines serves the patient.
