Course participants will be instructed on the OraLase Principles and procedures for patients 2 years of age and older in the first 2 days of the course. Each course participant will receive OraLase therapy as a pateint and be able to both evaulate and learn from the experiences of their fellow course participants.
Treating non-verbal babies requires a much different perspective and skill set than treating the verbal patient. In addition, the assessment of the appropriate neurodevelopmental and feeding reflexes is necessary to understand and apply the OraLase principles to patient ages 0-2. The last day of the course will focus on treating our most vulnerable little ones with BabyLase so that they can become our most victorious.
The most important aspect of being an OraLase and BabyLase provider is to understand the principles prior to performing the procedure.
The Oralase and BabyLase procedures are instructed in a clinical setting with a highly experiential curriculum. Providers will learn to assess their fellow course participants and perform the manual therapies in preparation for the OraLase and BabyLase techniques.
Each course participant will be receive OraLase Therapy in order to experience the benefits and explore the possibilities of providing these services in their practice.
